I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even though we didn't speak the same language. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location of the hotel was great - it was easy to get around and we found some lovely places to explore in this city. Finally, the restaurant at the hotel was quite possibly the best one in the city. The food was delicious, and the prices were really budget-friendly.
Nothing could have been better.

This hotel is ideally located for budget travelers looking to explore the city. It's situated in a vibrant neighborhood close to Abay Street, which offers many dining and shopping options. the rooms are spacious and have air conditioning and cable TV. the staff is helpful and friendly and the breakfast is well prepared. there is a lovely park nearby for a stroll.
Some of the facilities are lacking and need improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the major attractions and restaurants in the city. The breakfast that was offered was quite tasty, with a great variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable.
The rooms were not well insulated and could hear any noise in the hallway or the adjacent rooms, causing disturbance during the night. The reception staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

The modern design was nice and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. Also, the restaurant served reasonably priced and well-prepared breakfast, which was a real plus.
The hotel had more than a few downsides. For starters, the sparse furnishings made the room feel uncomfortable and the walls were very thin. Noise traveled easily between rooms and from the hallway, making it hard to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the staff struggled with English, which made communication sometimes difficult. while it may be a budget option, I would think twice before staying here again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, helpful despite language barrier, close to city center.
Nothing that I didn't like.
